Following up from yesterday when we were talking about the use of keyword rich domain names for reputation management and how effective they are I forgot to mention one thing. What I have found is that you can only use domain names to a certain extent before they stop ranking. What I have found is that you can only have 3 or 4 domain names targeting the same thing before they stop being effective. This isn’t totally proven, just something that I have observed. All the domain names being on one ip may make them less effective as well.
